Stefani and Patrick - A Storybook Wedding - 9/17/11

When Lisa, Eric, and I began our little journey out to Jacksonville, Texas, I wasn't sure what to expect, nor was I quite ready for the excitement we had ahead of us.

First off, the bar was already set high after shooting Stefani's bridals at the McKinney Cotton Mill. That shoot ended up being one of those epic shoots where the bride just fits perfectly with the location she's being shot in, and it's easily one of the best shoots I've done. So when I was told that the wedding was taking place in East Texas, near Jacksonville I became intrigued. When I was told the place was called Castle on the Lake my curiosity peeked.

To quote my partner in crime Lisa, Stefani and Patrick "picked an Epic location that fit them flawlessly....It's unique to a point of perfection and I have no clue how Stefani and Patrick did it, but as you will see it was as if they BELONGED there… perfect." And no matter how many photos I post, you will never fully appreciate the look and feel of the castle and how perfectly Stefani and Patrick just fit.

The ceremony was flawless, with every seat occupied by the ones they love. On the biggest day of your life, it's important to surround yourself with the ones you love and the ones that love you back. Stefani and Patrick were not lacking in either of these departments!

I could go on, and on, and on about how perfect and fun this day was, but I think it's time to let the pictures do the talking.

First up was Eric and I hanging out with the Groom and Groomsmen:

Next a little time with Stefani and the girls:

And then the ceremony:

And in a shocking and surprising turn of events, some special guests arrived to congratulate Stefani, and welcome Patrick into the "Poo" family.

Congrats to the both of you, and thank you for allowing us to be apart of your amazing day!
